I’ve really enjoyed Danielle Harris’s work, and even though I didn’t get into her work until later on in her career, she has carved such an interesting niche in Hollywood for herself. Â Her early work in Halloween parts 4 and 5, part 4 especially, are my personal favorites of the series. Â I’ve also enjoyed her work in movies like Don’t Tell Mom, the Babysitter’s Dead, The Last Boy Scout, Urban Legend, Killer Bud, The Black Waters of Echo’s Pond, Hatchet 2, and Rob Zombie’s Halloween.
She’s easily one of my favorite “Scream Queens”, because she constantly gives great performances, and she hasn’t given up on the horror genre or its fans, and always gives us memorable performances. Â Anyone with that kind of dedication gets a thumbs up in my book, because it shows that they have true dedication to their craft, and they are not doing it “just for the paycheck”, like so many other people currently working in the movie industry. Â From what I’ve heard, she sounds like she really appreciates her fans and the people who view her movies, and it would be an honor to one day get to meet her in person just to tell her that she is a fantastic actress, and how much we as horror fans appreciate someone who will stick by what they like.
In addition to sticking with the genre, she has managed to branch out into other genres, such as action and comedy, and has worked with some very big names in Hollywood. Â It would be an honor to meet her someday, however receiving her autograph would be an honor as well. Â So I can only hope for the best, however if I am not picked, then I will continue to hope to meet her in the future, and I will keep viewing her movies and continue to enjoy them. Â Anyone who is that genuine gets a massive amount of kudos from me, and I congratulate her on all of her hard work up until this point, and I wish her all the best in the future.
